I intuitively wrote about what “steps” were most beneficial for readers to take each month. I discussed how they could easily achieve these steps, and gave them tools to aid in their process. The column was a light and useful way for readers to gain positive steps towards their goals and a higher way of living.

This class dives to a deeper level in the study of intuition by cultivating an awareness of our patterns and choices, as well as understanding the inner workings of the mind. These steps create a true path for intuition.

This class is based on guided meditations that I have created. By developing a greater sensitivity to your energetic self, you are able to maintain a calm sense of total being.

Living Alchemy Session
A Living Alchemy session is created from two elements: Life Guidance and Transformative Energywork. By combing these two elements, a client will be able to transform any pattern or ailment they struggle with.

Life Guidance Session
A Life Guidance session uncovers the root of why a client is the way they are, what made them that way, and how they can change the things they aren’t happy with. This style of session is about understanding, knowing and transforming a client's patterns.

Intuitive Healing Class
This one-on-one customized healing class teaches a client to develop and use their energy to heal themselves. They gain an understanding of their patterns, and find the root cause of their pain, frustration, depression and anything else blocking their development.

Personalized Intuition Class
This one-on-one class helps clients access their intuition in a unique and innovative way. They hear and see the answers to their questions, using their own gifts to help them in everyday life. Each class is personally designed for the client.

Spiritual Development Class
